"Those who are the happiest are those who do the most for others. " - Booker T. Washington

Why Your Presence Matters
In the remote hill and mountain districts of Nepal, many schools lack the teachers and resources children need. Some schools operate with temporary classrooms, cracked walls, and few textbooks. When you come to teach, even for a short time, you bring attention, methods, and a fresh energy that students and teachers often haven't seen.

Your Role in the Story
Teach
Lead lessons in English, Maths, Science, or basic ICT. For many students, your class might be the first time they meet a subject teacher with confidence and new methods.
Train
If you have classroom experience, mentor local teachers, demonstrate practical teaching methods, and help plan term curricula to build capacity.
Assist
Work alongside local teachers, run small groups, and give extra attention to students who are falling behind, actions that make a big difference where teacher shortages are common.
Join in
Bring extra-curricular activities: sports, music, art, and cultural events. These things build confidence, joy, and community, and often are missing in under-resourced schools.
